This vacation rental in Destin Florida is fully equiped. The kitchen has everything you need. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The side deck has a table with 4 chairs, and a gas grill. The master bedroom includes a king bed with a brand new flat screen tv, with an attached master bath that has a shower, two sinks and a large jetted tub. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and tv. The bunk room contains 4 beds (2 bunk beds) and there is also a second full bath.

Magnolia Manor is located inside the Emerald Shores gated community. Emerald Shores is one of the most highly coveted vacation neighborhoods in the Miramar Beach/Destin area. The community truly offers everything you need. There is two community pools (one less than 100 yards from the house), a tennis court, shuffle board court, basketball hoop, a seasonal tram service to drop you off at the beach, and a gated beach pavillion. The pavillion offers food and drinks (the food is supplied from the restaurant Kenny D's which is located right next to the Emerald Shores Scenic 98 entrance. This is walking distance from the house), and also restrooms and outdoor showers to wash away the sand after the long beach days.

Dining is also abundant in the area. Kenny D's New Orleans Cuisine, Captain Daves On the Gulf (One of the best restaurant views in Destin) and Pompano Joes Caribbean-style Seafood are all within walking distance from the house. 

The home is located by the smaller of the 2 pools and by the tennis court. It is a short walk to the beach, or you can ride the seasonal tram that takes guests to Emerald Shores pavillion on the beach. There is also a beach cart included to help tow any extra toys or chairs you would like to bring to the beach. 

There are many things to do in Destin! Some of which include deep sea fishing, parasailing, paddle boarding and visiting the Destin Harbor. We love to spend our days just relaxing on the beach then coming back for a refreshing dip in the seasonally heated pools. We often walk to Kenny D's or Pompano Joes for dinner.

The city of Destin is filled with attractions. Some of the most popular spots are located along the Destin Harbor. The harbor houses several of Destin's most famous restaurants such as the Crab Island Cantina and Aj's Seafood & Oyster Bar. You can also get a delicious daiquiri to enjoy while strolling from Jesters Mardi Gras Daiquiri which is located right on the harbor. There is endless attractions for the kids as well, such as rock climbing and zip lining. 

If you are looking for a fun filled day, we highly recommend visiting Crab Island. Crab Island is a sand bar located just off the Destin bridge where the water is only about three feet deep and many boats anchor for the day. You are able to float around on a raft and enjoy a beverage or cast out a line and try to catch some fish swimming by. There is also floating obstacle courses for the kids and pizza that is seasonally delivered by boat. Crab Island also hosts many events through out the year such as Billy Boat Legs, which is much like a raft up party.
