Traveling to Destin has always been a must for our family. From the beautiful beaches to the endless activities, Destin has always made for an unforgetable vacation. We like to spend our days beaching for hours. We pack up the carts in the mornings and head to the sand and water! With the Emerald Shores private beach access and ammenities, we're able to order drinks and food and use the restroom without ever having to make a trip back to the house! The Destin sand is like no other, and the water is one of the best places to relax. After we've had enough of the beach for the day, we will usually make our way to one of the many restaurants near by. The only problem we face, is that there's so many great food options, it's almost hard to decide! From some of the best seafood you've ever had at places like Pompano Joe's and Harry T's Lighthouse, to some of the best prime rib you will ever taste at McGuire's Irish pub, there truly is something for everyone.

If your'e looking to spice up your day, we recommend heading out to Crab Island. With affordable daily boat rentlas, Crab Island is one of the best vacation activities for a family. With the shallow waters, you are able to stand and enjoy a drink, or relax and float on a raft. If your'e into fishing make sure you bring your poles, because this is a great spot to cast some lines while also relaxing with the family. We have been going to crab Island for years and it continuously has been one of the most exciting parts of our trip. 

Even after traveling to Destin for years, we are still finding new things to do. The activities are always growing and the shopping is endless.
